.Q: I’m in Grade 1, but some new materials in Basic level I never learn? A: You should check the new materials’ schedule of Basic level. Attend to those classes to catch up even you are not in Basic level.

.Q: It doesn’t seem can finish all specific materials in one class? A: Using Basic level as example, materials of Basic level are separated in 2-weeks base. Specific materials will be taught in that 2 weeks. People suppose can run all those materials once within 30 minutes if they know. If new student just learn those materials, of course, they may not finish all in one class. Therefore, they don’t have the last 10 minutes free time in first week, but they do in second week.

.Q: I come 2 times a week. I don’t think I can learn all specific material within 2 weeks. A: Materials are designed for 2 weeks. You are (suppose) able to learn those materials in 2 weeks. However, you learnt, you know all the single movements; it doesn’t mean you are good on it if you just spend 2 times a week in class. You should practice before or after class or at home too. For example, if you just go to school, you can’t get high mark if you don’t do homework at home.

.Q: In summer, I can practice outside. But in winter, I don’t have space to practice at home. A: You can practice if you have 2-3 steps’ space. Consult Sifu how to practice hand form within 6 feet.

.Q: When I look at the schedule, I already know the materials very well for next 6 weeks. Why do I do? A: NEVER think you are very well. Just take tonight as example, I got correction from 4 Leg Stretches on the bar, 6 Stretch Kicks, steps training and basic kicks on chair. (those I learned years ago)

.Q: What are the materials in Yellow? A: You will see materials without color are showed on whole year. That means those materials need to do every class. Materials in Yellow just indicate that they won’t repeat until the cycle start again. For example, Basic level’s cycle is 16 weeks (six 2-weeks + one 4-weeks test). Five-Wheel Step won’t repeat until 16 weeks after. (Basic internal training likes 5-stance training & 8 Treasure Dan Teen Exercise are exception.)
