Children’s Foundation Kung Fu Program

Structurally, the Children’s program begins with learning “5 Basic Hand Techniques” before progressing into a curriculum similar to the adults which includes developing full range of motion, strength and conditioning. However, depending on age and maturity, advancement will be dependent on the following social development:

  • Ages 3 to 7 - Basic martial arts etiquette and acclimatize to class expectations.

  • Ages 7 to 10 - What is work ethic and what does it feel like?

  • Ages 10 - 18 - Responsibilities of a martial arts student.

This framework is reinforced with copious amounts of testing and activities that reinforce good etiquette, hard work and strong virtues with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

Above all else, we want our students to be good citizens.
