FAMOUS KUNG FU STYLES IN THE CHUNG WAH SYSTEM

Fanzi Fist
(Fan Zi Quan, Fan Ji Kuen)

This style is also known as Bashanfan (Eight Flash Boxing), referring to eight principle movements that are executed at lighting speed. During the Qing Dynasty, Fan Zi Style became incorporated into many other existing kung fu styles. Eagle Claw Fan Zi Style is a principle example, combining the eagle claw techniques with the fast running and tumbling work of Fan Zi Style. Another combination combines Fan Zi principles with Ground Boxing. Internal and External strength in harmony are emphasized in Fan Zi Quan.
